KITCHEN USE

 

Food and Supplies:

All users are responsible for providing their own food and supplies.

 

Refrigerator/Freezer:

All food must be labeled and dated in sealed/covered containers.

All spills must be cleaned up immediately.

 

 Floors:

The Kitchen and Fellowship Hall must be swept/dry mopped.

Any spills need to be wet mopped with warm water only.

All supplies for cleaning can be found in the maintenance closet behind the Fellowship Hall.

Empty any mop water.  Rinse out bucket and mop.

 

Tables & Chairs:

Cairs must be put away on racks neatly.

Tables must be wiped down with soapy water.

Tables are stored on racks underneath the stage (only 6 tables per rack; stacked face down)

8 of the dark brown topped tables are left out around the Fellowship Hall.

 

Sinks:

No solid objects are to be put down the drain. (We do not have a garbage disposal.)

All drains need to be cleared/emptied.

The screens on the drains need to be emptied regularly.

 

Dishes:

Anything used must be washed, dried, and put away where it was found.

 

Garbage:

All garbage must be bagged, tied, and taken to the dumpster by the storage sheds. 

Replace all liners.  (Located in the Main Kitchen near the rear door)

 

Ovens:

Must be left in the same condition that they were found.

 

Clean-up Survey;

After each event, a clean-up survey will be conducted by the maintenance staff.  If any areas are found to be in unsatisfactory condition, your group will be asked to return and remedy the situation.
