Pastoral Counseling Services of Maryland (PCSM) is a not-for-profit, community-based organization dedicated to strengthening emotional and spiritual health by providing counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents.  PCSM will work with you to... identify current life concerns - deal with feelings of anxiety and depression - manage sudden changes and loss - address academic and peer problems - grow in personal acceptance of self-esteem - face issue of substance abuse - improve personal relationships

PCSM has a staff of licensed and certified professional therapists representing a diversity of mental health disciplines including Social Workers, Pastoral Counselors and State Certified/Licensed Professional Counselors.

PCSM determines counseling fees on a sliding scale, accessing insurance coverage at the client's request whenever possible.

PCSM provides over 13,000 hours of counseling and serves approximately 1300 new clients annually.

PCSM is certified by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors as an accredited Service Center.

PCSM is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency served by a Board of Directors.
